Standard Delivery, Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.95

1st Class, Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.95

Next day Special Delivery - £11.95

Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International order prices are exempt from UK VAT.

However, please note that any VAT, duties and custom import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

You may be required to pay these before your order is delivered.

RETURNS

 We are happy to issue a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us to discuss your return hello.ooshke@gmail.com

 Please notify us by email before returning an item, stating the reason for the return.

Items bought in store must be returned with the receipt. Returns will not be accepted without the original proof of purchase.

 Unless and item has been sent in error by us, or is faulty, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. We will issue a refund within 14 days from receiving the goods.      

 Non-returnable items include:

Perishable goods such as food or plants.

Earrings

Some health and personal care items

Gift cards

 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

Shipping

Unless the item was sent in error or is faulty, the customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

If returning an item over £40, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Always obtain proof of postage when returning goods. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the purchaser.
